The Unfaithfulness of the Church – Rebuilding the Temple of God
Upon coming to Jerusalem, Ezra is told of the unfaithfulness of the people of Israel with those of the land.
The Helper Sent to the Church
Ezra, a ready scribe in the Law of Moses, was sent to Jerusalem to be the helper of the people to serve the Lord God of Israel.
The Dedication and Purification – Rebuilding God’s Temple
When the dedication is come; when the church is ready to be presented to the world, He will set the priests in their respective assignments.
The Accuser – Rebuilding God’s Temple
The first attempt by the accuser to thwart the rebuilding God’s temple was as a friend and destroy the work from within as in Ezra 4:1-3
